Isis Mandala

The Isis Mandala represents the feminine cosmic energy.
This mandala brings Love and Knowledge from the Divine Mother. It
s based on the sacred geometry of the ten petal lotus, symbol of
transcending inner fire. It shows how we can transmute the different
energies of the body mind and spirit into our cosmic dimension.
Discovering our potential of Love, wholeness & softness, by
transmuting our fears and anxiety.
Inside this lotus we find the combination between
number 4 and 3, between physical dimension and spiritual dimension.
In the middle you can find the vacuity, the cross of Life, symbol
of Eternity and immortal consciousness.
The feminine cycles are shown by the moon cycles
at the four doors of the inner circle.

What is a Mandala?
'Mandala' is of Hindu origin, the
term being used for the books of the Rig Veda, but is
also used in other religions such as Buddhism. In the
Tibetan branch of Vajrayana Buddhism, mandalas have
been developed into sandpainting. They are also a key
part of anuttarayoga tantra meditation practices.
In various spiritual traditions,
mandalas may be employed for focusing attention as a
spiritual teaching tool; for establishing a sacred space;
and as an aid to meditation and trance induction. According
to David Fontana, its symbolic nature can help one "to
access progressively deeper levels of the unconscious,
ultimately assisting the meditator to experience a mystical
sense of oneness with the ultimate unity from which
the cosmos in all its manifold forms arises."
