While men with erectile dysfunction can still father a child, they may encounter challenges in sustaining their relationships and self-esteem. Maintaining sexual health is not about proudly displaying genital size in paintings and sculptures. It should be about maintaining health and safety in intimacy while keeping a good relationship with the people we love.
